Emotional support for adults on the spectrum and/or with neurodivergent traits. My focus for this group will be discussing all the areas we may want to improve in our lives that have to do with our autism and/or neurodivergence. I would like to keep solutions centered around implementing spiritual principles as well as practical, holistic, and alternative therapies and applications.
